La Grande Maison(the main house). Having been converted from the original farm buildings, to a restaurant, it is now presently used for Chambre d’hôte (Bed and Breakfast) and a large Gite as well as accommodation for the owners. At present, the owners live it for most of the year, providing Chambre d’hôte  and evening meals as require for 9 months of the year and then changed over into a
large gite for 14 people in the summer – more money and less work! It has gas fired central heating to owners areas (2 bedrooms, bathrooms, hall and kitchen)but this system has the capability to be extended with a further 5 radiators.

La Grande Maison has lots of potential for various activities such as seminars, courses etc and could easily be changed back to a restaurant/bistro, which the local population would really appreciate!

Owners Bedroom 1:

The ground floor bedroom is currently used by the owners for most of the year. It is 6 x 6m and even their 6ft by 7ft bed doesn’t look big in it. In keeping with the age of the house there is an exposed stone wall, tiled floor, door to private courtyard (the same courtyard as the kitchen), and Satellite TV feed. The large ensuite bathroom has a bath (shower over), a separate shower cubicle, bidet, WC, and a vanity unit with 2 hand basins. All the bedrooms on this floor have small traditional windows just below eave level and a velux window to increase the light levels in the rooms. Bedrooms 3 to 6 have electric heating and so does the accompanying shower rooms

There are 2 further bedrooms to the main house which can be accessed from main rear garden. Due to current Chambre d’hôte regulations they are used for summer office and storage at present.
